What we collect
When you request a Compliance Readiness Snapshot, book a call, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, work email, company, and anything you include in your message. Our site does not use advertising trackers, and we do not buy contact lists.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule the conversation you asked for, and — only if you opt in — send occasional announcements. That’s it. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing.
Where it lives
Your details are stored in the business systems we use to run the firm (email, scheduling, and client management), each under its own safeguards. We keep them only as long as there’s a business reason to.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — one email to hello@orion-secure.com does it. Unsubscribe links appear in anything we send.
US and Canadian visitors
We handle personal information consistent with applicable US state privacy laws and, for Canadian residents, with PIPEDA. Questions or complaints go to hello@orion-secure.com — we respond within one business day.
