What we collect
When you request a Compliance Readiness Snapshot, book a call, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, work email, company, phone number if you add one, and anything you include in your message. We also note the page you arrived on and the site or campaign link that brought you there, if any. Our site does not use advertising trackers, and we do not buy contact lists.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule the conversation you asked for, and keep a record of it in our client management system. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing.
Our mailing list
We add you to our mailing list only when you tick the box asking for it on one of our forms. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Site analytics
We count visits with Umami and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Neither sets cookies, and neither builds a profile of you or follows you to other sites. They tell us which pages are read, not who read them.
Spam and abuse protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, and we briefly count submissions per IP address to stop floods. Those counts expire after ten minutes.
Who handles it for us
A small number of service providers process your information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us: Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and analytics), Umami (site analytics), Resend (email delivery and our mailing list), Cal.com (scheduling), and Assembly (client management). We do not allow them to use it for their own purposes.
Where it lives
Your details are stored in the business systems we use day to day (email, scheduling, and client management), each under its own safeguards. A new inquiry we have not yet reviewed is held for at most 30 days. We keep the rest only as long as there’s a business reason to. Some of these providers store data in the United States.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — one email to hello@orion-secure.com does it. Unsubscribe links appear in anything we send.
US and Canadian visitors
We handle personal information consistent with applicable US state privacy laws and, for Canadian residents, with PIPEDA. Questions or complaints go to hello@orion-secure.com — we respond within one business day.
